I decided to try something new for this personal site. My homepage has sort of a fanciful pixel art version of where I live in Oakland in the style of the old Mac adventure games I used to play as a kid. You can go through my books, interact with objects in the room, and even interact with a bizarro-universe System 7 Mac for some reason.

I had fun adding all the easter eggs to it and it was a challenge to make it fully 3D but also try to be faithful to the pixel art style.
